Return policy

At RSG Safety we design safety solutions with the user and the environment in mind. While we strive for excellence, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. A product may arrive damaged, defective, or simply not work as intended. When that happens, we’re here to help.

We’ve created a simple, 4-step return process to make things easy and hassle-free:

1. Contact us 

Send an e-mail to sales@rsgsafety.com We will register your return and send you a reference number for your return.

2. Fill in Product Return form

First, fill in our product return form. Send the form back to us via sales@rsgsafety.com. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

3. Return product(part)

Only send the product back when it has been decontaminated and cleaned in accordance with our specifications and requirements. Has the product been used for asbestos removal, lead or where the product might have been in contact with biological, nucleair or radioactive contamination? Please do not return the product. Contact us first!

4. Analyis and offer

We will look at the product carefully and make an analysis report. Is the damage within the warranty? Then, depending on the situation, you will receive a repaired or new product. If not, we will send you an offer. After approval of this quote, we will send a repaired or new product.
